Skylanders has been around ever since 2011 and they have had an interesting lineup.

Well, you buy the game then set it up then you will put a skylander on the portal of power and they appear in the game.It's lots of fun.
Why is the ending?
After the sales of Skylanders Imangators, the sales were terrible and Activision decided that the series could use a break so they will be gone for awhile. But that's What Disney Infinity said when they canceled their game.
I'd say its the end for all Toy's to life games (Expect Lego Dimensions How long will that game go on for)
It will be good if Skylanders return.
