What is Injustice Gods Among Us? Injustice is a fighting game based on Dc Comics. It was developed by Nether Realm Studios, and was published by Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment. It's a fighting game and won a award. It was released for for Play Station 3, X Box 360, and Wii U. It was first released on April, 2013. Injustice Ultimate Edition was released in November 2013. It was released for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, X Box 360, and Micro Soft Window. Injustice Gods Among Us 2 is coming out in May 2017. So look out for it!
The storyline is set within an alternate version of the Justice League's universe. In this reality, Superman becomes a tyrant and establishes a new world order after the Joker tricks him into killing Lois Lane and destroying Metropolis. In an effort to stop this, Batman summons counterparts of the League's members from another universe, including his own and Superman's.
Game Play:
Injustice Gods Among Us is a fighting game where you can control the characters with different fighting styles and special moves. Unlike the traditional fighting game design involving multiple rounds with regenerative life bars Injustice has two rows of HP. There are 4 basic moves: Light attack, medium attack, heavy attack, and character trait. Character traits activates a unique ability that only that character has. Example: Batman's character trait can summon robotic bats. There are multiple backgrounds like the Bat Cave, Metropolis, etc. The characters can split in to two groups. Gadget characters, and power characters. Gadget characters uses weapons, or other mechanism, meanwhile the Power Characters will use their strength. The story is separated into chapters and each chapter allows the player to play different character. There's also a super meter where you can fill it up and use a special move that usually take away 35% of the opponents health. There are minigames that can affect the battles. There are various modes: Battle Mode, Versus Mode, Training Mode, and S.T.A.R Labs which includes 240 character-specific challenges of varying difficulty.
